Compliance Requirements for Unlicensed Medicines

  • G Plus Pharma works directly with the manufacturer or their authorized distributors to obtain documentation required by local authorities of the importing country.
  • G Plus Pharma ensures that the purchaser is properly licensed and has made arrangements with the Ministry of Health of the importing country for legal admission of a product.

Documents On Request

    Subject to the manufacturer, the following can be made available upon request:

  • Prescribing Information for products i.e. Product Insert
  • Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)
  • Product stability data
  • Certificates of Analysis (COA) or Certificates of Compliance (COC)
  • Written statements from manufacturers in response to technical inquiries

HSA Approved

G Plus Pharma is certified by the Singapore Health Sciences Authority for the storage, transportation and distribution for the entire distribution/supply chain to ensure the quality and integrity of the products. At your request, we will be glad to produce our relevant licenses for your verification.

Our Distribution SOP

  • G Plus Pharma adopts quality-controlled packing SOPs, utilized to ensure the accuracy and integrity of products being shipped to our customers. From room temperature to cold-chain products, G Plus Pharma ensures that all product shipments meet protocol and procedures required by purchasers and freight forwarding companies to ensure timely and undamaged delivery to customers.
  • G Plus Pharma notifies the customer of tracking and flight details at time of shipment, tracks the shipment from point of origin to the consignment destination, and notifies the customer of any delays.
